For cancellation of single session bookings, please provide 24 hours’ notice via email. If you do not wish to reschedule, you will receive a full refund as long as you meet the cancellation requirements. Life does happen and if an emergency arises and you need to cancel within the 24 hours’ notice period, please contact the practitioner and you will not be charged. Your appointment will be rescheduled as soon as possible if you so wish or if you prefer, a refund will be arranged. For cancellation of a block booking, please provide 24 hours’ notice before your first session via the above contact methods. If you cancel your block booking within the 24 hours before your first session, a refund cannot be offered. For cancellation of any sessions within your block booking, please provide 24 hours’ notice wherever possible. You will be offered rescheduling as soon as is practicable. Thank you.

The amount of sessions you need will depend upon what the issues are that you are facing and will be discussed with the practitioner as you move along your therapeutic journey. Like any therapeutic approach, a one off session does not usually create lasting change although this has been known to occur. On average, approximately six sessions is usually needed for a challenging issue. It is likely you will want to continue working on other beliefs and challenges once your first therapeutic journey has concluded because of the benefits you experience. You will begin to find that you will develop deep self-compassion that you have never known before and you will learn to hold the space for the parts of yourself that have felt unloved - the key to experiencing emotional freedom. You decide when the time is right for you to work on something and you can return to this therapeutic intervention for support as often as is required and as long as the practitioner does not feel that the support you need goes beyond the scope of their remit.

These techniques work on the energetic level by moving blocked energies in the body associated with traumatic (of any degree) events from the past whereby unsupportive subconscious beliefs were made about yourself and/or life. If you have previously had therapy around an issue but still feel a charge it will likely mean that your subconscious mind has not made the adjustment around your previous beliefs or perceptions and so these techniques can help with changing your old beliefs and perceptions around this. EFT and Matrix Reimprinting are complementary techniques.
